DIRECT SUPPORT PROFESSIONAL (Residential & My Day)
Full-Time, Part-Time, & PRN Available.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Direct Support Professionals are the primary providers of hands-on care for the 36 individuals with disabilities who call Immacolata Manor home. They assist individuals with a broad range of personal assistance including preparation of meals, cleaning, helping with medications, bathing, dressing, mobility, and getting to planned activities on a daily basis. DSPs are often familiar with what persons with disabilities want and need, and respond to both. That’s the power of direct care work.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Must pass and maintain training and certification in all required areas such as CPR, First Aid, Level I Medication Administration, and Class E driver’s license.
• Must demonstrate the ability to write clear, accurate event reports and logs in a timely manner. Computer experience a plus.
• Must demonstrate safe practices in all areas and exemplify positive professional standards.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Requires drug test and security check.

• Salary starts at $9.50 hour.
• A full benefits package is available to all employees who work a minimum of thirty-six (36) hours per week.

Sleep Night Support Specialist
Direct Support -Residential Program
PROGRAM MANAGER – QUALIFIED DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES PROFESSIONAL
Degreed Professional Management (relevant experience may be substituted for degree).
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Staff training and supervision
• Quality enhancement monitoring
• Direct plan implementation for individuals as needed
• Monitoring implementation of outcomes
• Establishing information collection systems
• Writing monthly reviews
• Oversight/coordination of all the person’s programs and services being received.
• Coordinating the development of the individual service plan (scheduling, facilitation and summary document)
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Must obtain and maintain training and certification in all required areas such as Abuse/Neglect, CPR, First Aid, Level I Medication Administration, Positive Behavior Supports, and Class E driver’s license.
• Minimum of one year supervisory experience with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Requires drug test and background screening.
