SUPPORT STAFF - Full & Part Time
Provide direct support to and assistance to Manor residents. Daily duties include personal care such as
assistance with personal hygiene, medication administration, meal preparation, cleaning and support on
community outings. Employees work as a team with opportunities with varied hours available. Requires
drivers license, drug test and security check.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must pass and maintain training and certification in all required areas such as CPR, First Aid, Level I Medication Administration, and Class E driver's license.
- Must demonstrate the ability to write clear, accurate event reports and logs in a timely manner.
- Must demonstrate safe practices in all areas and exemplify positive professional standards.
- Must have a high school diploma or G.E.D.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.

SLEEP NIGHT SUPPORT SPECIALIST
Provide Sleep Night support and assistance to residents when there is an emergency, drill, or other unusual circumstances.
Requires the ability to wake up quickly and respond to emergencies or needs that residents may have in the nighttime hours.

PROGRAM MANAGER - Qualified Mental Retardation Professional
THIS POSITION HAS BEEN FILLED.
Design, implement, coordinate, supervise and evaluate programs for all assigned people supported by Immacolata Manor in both the Residential
and Day Program. Supervise support staff in the implementation of all assigned intervention and habilitation programs. Assure the quality of
residential and habilitative support services.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree in a Human Service Field.
- Must obtain and maintain training and certification in all required areas such as Abuse/Neglect, CPR, First Aid, Level I Medication Administration, Positive Behavior Supports, and Class E driver's license.
- Minimum of one year supervisory experience with individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Ability to develop, implement, and evaluate treatment plans.
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Requires drug test and security check.

SUPPORT ASSISTANT - Day Program
On weekdays the six-hour My Day program serves people from the Manor and the Northland as they participate in individualized recreational and
life skills activities designed to meet the needs of each participant. Staff works with each individual to develop specific interests and
facilitate integration into the surrounding community through volunteer work and a variety of other activities. The Support Assistant provides
support to My Day Participants in all areas of daily living including, but not limited to personal care assistance and teaching; community
integration and socialization; development of personal interests, skills and talents; and personal safety.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must pass and maintain certification in First Aid, CPR, and Behavioral Management Training (PCI, MANDT, etc.), Abuse and Neglect,
Blood Borne Pathogens, and any other training required by the supervisor or administration.
- Must demonstrate the ability to write clear, accurate event reports and logs in a timely manner.
- Must have completed requirements for a high school diploma or GED.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
