Satisfaction Survey Results 2016

 

Immacolata Manor uses stakeholder input to guide ongoing quality assurance for program planning, performance improvement, and for strategic, financial and resource planning.

Employee Survey: All Employees were asked to rate 15 questions in the areas of departmental communication, training opportunities, policies and procedures, workplace safety and recognition of achievements. Overall: 84% were satisfied

Family/Guardian Survey (residential): Families and Guardians of individuals receiving Community Living residential support services were asked to rate 8 questions in the areas of professionalism of staff, communication, learning opportunities, healthcare and cleanliness. Overall: 91% were satisfied

Families/Guardians (day program): Families and Guardians of individuals receiving My Day support services were asked to rate 8 questions in the areas of professionalism of staff, communication, learning opportunities, healthcare and cleanliness. Overall: 98% were satisfied.

Professional Survey (physicians, volunteer sites, businesses): Participants were asked to rate 7 questions in the areas of professionalism of staff leadership, communication and overall well-being of individuals. Overall: 100% were satisfied.

Donor Survey: Participants were asked to rate 7 questions in the areas of professionalism of staff, leadership and how well the Manor met expectations in donated monies spent. Overall: 88% were satisfied.
